In view of the utter backlog in the field of education and to save the children from this jeopardy and to provide them with adequate food, clothing and education and also to orient the children Biblical knowledge and Gospel for total transformation, it is a crying need for establishing residential schools to ameliorate these gruesome situations.
It will not be out of place to mention here that although Titilagarh is situated in an undeveloped interior and unfocused area it is well connected by super fast train tracks to all the cosmopolitan cities and major cities of India and has also good road ways connection.
When we think of health, the general health condition of people in general is miserable and worst. It is unbelievable that the witchcraft method of treatment is widely applied for treatment of diseases till date in the present days of advanced medical science. Our area is totally neglected by the Government and public at large. The health programmes of the Government are yet in the books and not in practice.
Healthy mind is found in a healthy body. Due to poverty and malnutrition and absence of medical treatment the health condition of the people of Odisha is poor. This is the prime failure in the progress of our state. We have begun with this health programme in our area in a primary pattern. If importance is not attached to health improvement we can not think of a healthy society.
The Government measures are quite inadequate in every aspect of health care. Its infrastructure, personnel management system and deliverance of medicines and drugs are all in papers and nothing has attempt fulfillment. The whole set of health care is utter failure and working without any dedication.
Our trust has attempted to establish a healthy society. Hence total health care is a necessary and we are interested to offer dedicated, sincere and effective medical care to see a healthy society.
Electrical and solar energy has an important role in every aspect of life style and social growth. Though we have sufficient hydro energy the implementation part is lacking and it has hardly reached to 10 to 15 % of the area. So a huge number of people are yet to get the benefits.
Hence, we have attached importance in to provide hydro and solar energy to offer effective and adequate service to the needy section of the people whose number is huge. No advanced project and activities can be thought of in the absence of this aspect.
Taking these aspects into consideration the proposal is submitted to alleviate the miserable conditions of down-trodden, suffering and needy people of the backward districts of Odisha. It will not be out of place to narrate here that all the advanced technology on education, health has been developed by Government and private agencies in few districts of costal Odisha, which cover on third of the need and the larger group of two third of population are awaiting to avail this opportunity.
We have enclosed herein nut-shale all the statistical information comprising of health, education, social status, boundaries etc. of Odisha in the project report to design our projects.
In general as a whole we will function in entire state of Orissa and specifically in most backward un-reached tribal population based areas of KBK Districts such as KALAHANDI, BALANGIR & KORAPUT as well as Nuapara, Kandhmal-Phulbani in the western part of Orissa and similar backward places in the districts of Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore and Bhadrak in the north-east of Orissa. Civilization has not yet reached these area and health & education problems are severe with highest percentage.
There are several problems and issues in the social sector in these districts. Statistically illiteracy is high, more amongst women. The children are main victim who are deprived of parental care, malnutrition, health and education. The un-touchability and caste problems are still persisting in society. Numbers of social customs and religious rituals, Conservative practices are common phenomena of those hindrances.
